The HETMA (Higher Education Technology Manager's Alliance) Roadshow will be at the Brad D. Smith Center for Business and Innovation on the campus of Marshall University. A day of networking, campus tours, and manufacturer demonstrations. The iPEDs Regional Teaching Conference is happening the same day and all attendees are welcome to attend sessions and the exhibit area.

Breakfast and Lunch will be provided. Attendees and sponsors are invited to a Happy Hour hosted off-site after the roadshow.

Adobe is hosting a collaborative feedback session with a small group of faculty to gather early insights on Adobe PDF and Student Spaces, including experiences and expectations around Acrobat’s AI functionality.

No prior experience with Acrobat is required, just a willingness to engage in thoughtful discussion and share honest feedback from an educator’s perspective. Participant insights will directly help inform Adobe’s future direction in education. This year’s race is a collaboration between The Pacemakers and the Men’s Health Organization at the Marshall University Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine. Together, these student-led groups are working to promote a healthy, active medical student community.

Proceeds from the race will support medical student health, physical activity and well-being by helping subsidize race entry fees like the Marshall Marathon and by funding Pacemakers-led activities that encourage students to stay active throughout the year.

Organized and sponsored by the Marshall University Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine, Health Sciences Research Day partners with the School of Pharmacy, the College of Health Professions and the College of Science to highlight original research and educational innovations. Participating students include undergraduates as well as graduate, medical, pharmacy, nursing, health professions and postdoctoral trainees in medicine, biomedical sciences and clinical and translational sciences.

The day-long symposium, hosted in the fall of each year, features oral and poster presentations in the areas of clinical science, basic science, medical education and quality improvement.
