The Marshall University School of Music presents the 55th Annual Winter Jazz Festival Feb. 14-Feb. 16 at Smith Music Hall. Concerts kick off at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 14, with performances by the Jewel City Jazz Orchestra and the WVU Jazz Trio.
