The Annual Dr. Carter G. Woodson Lecture is co-sponsored by the Drinko Academy and The Woodson Lyceum and is scheduled for 4 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 19 in the Shawkey Dining Room of the Memorial Student Center.   It will feature former West Virginia State Senator Marie Redd, a descendant of the Burlington 37, former enslaved people who were relocated to Burlington, Ohio.    A reception will follow the lecture.
