Become proficient in NABITA's 21 Standards for Behavioral Intervention Teams to ensure best practices for an effective team.
Whether building a new team or strengthening an existing one, participants will gain practical tools to improve team performance, structure, and operations.
Training Objectives:
Understand and apply NABITA’s 21 Standards for effective BIT/CARE/TAT team practices
Learn how to gather data, assess risk, and intervene appropriately
Strengthen referral processes, assessments, and intervention planning
Explore strategies for team development, communication, and outreach
