This film shares the story of Mossville, Louisiana, a once-thriving community founded by people of color that became a breeding ground for toxic petrochemical plants that have forced residents from their homes and left the others exposed to contamination and pollution. The film introduces one man who has refused to abandon his family’s land and has fought for environmental justice and equity.
