DESCRIPTION:Marshall University School of Art & Design presents the Spring 
 2026 Capstone Exhibition Season\, a series of exhibitions showcasing the c
 ulmination of skills and ideas gathered by two groups of graduating studen
 ts in the School of Art & Design.\n\n \n\nThe second exhibition\, Overstim
 uli\, is hosted by artists Sophia Gillispie\, Lincoln Horn\, Alana Muncy-M
 orris\, Kaleigh Riddle and Maggie Robinson. Overstimuli features projectio
 n mapping\, videos\, paintings and sculptures.\n\n \n\nOverstimuli will be
  on view April 20 - 23\, 2026 with a reception and gallery talk on Monday\
 , April 20 from 5 to 7 p.m. in the Charles W. & Norma C. Caroll Gallery an
 d the Pneumatic Gallery\, located on the first floor of the Visual Arts Ce
 nter at 927 Third Ave.\, Huntington\, WV.\n\n \n\nStudents spend a year pl
 anning\, developing\, and installing the artwork while preparing the recep
 tions and gallery talks. Senior Capstone Exhibitions celebrate the end of 
 their students in the School of Art & Design and act as their first profes
 sional exhibition.\n\n \n\nGallery hours are Monday through Friday\, 10 a.
 m. to 4 p.m.\n\nAdmission to the gallery and all events are free and open
