The Marshall University School of Art & Design welcomes all to the 10th Anniversary Celebration of the Visual Arts Center. The celebration goes on from 5 - 8 p.m. Saturday, Sept, 14, at the Visual Arts Center, located at 927 3rd Ave., in downtown Huntington.  Refreshments will be served, and all are welcome.
