The School of Art & Design has collaborated with Rise and Repaint to bring We Are Here, We Will Be Seen, a show about promoting the visibility of women and nonbinary artists. 

Rise and Repaint is a collective with a global community of over 100,000 people where 2,000+ artists connected through the Where Are The Women Artists directory and their Inner Circle membership platform. This work now extends beyond digital resources into physical exhibitions that expand visibility and equity in the arts.

The exhibition is on view in the Birke Art Gallery in the Visual Arts Center January 12th to February 20th. Galleries and events are free and open to all. Gallery hours are Monday through Friday, 10a.m. to 4p.m.
